Having spent decades immersed in various facets of the real estate industry, including design, development, sales, investor relations, and foreclosure markets, Jenifer offers clients a well-rounded understanding of the market and a commitment to exceptional service.

Originally from Southern Illinois, Jenifer’s family relocated to Gulf Breeze in the early 1980s and established lasting roots along the Gulf Coast. After graduating from Gulf Breeze High School, Jenifer attended Southeastern Illinois College and later the University of West Florida, pursuing studies in marketing. Describing personal values as a blend of Southern hospitality and Midwestern work ethic, Jenifer approaches every client relationship with kindness, respect, and intention.

Real estate has always been a meaningful part of Jenifer’s life. Growing up in a family involved in construction, rentals, and foreclosure markets naturally led to a career built around homes, people, and community. Prior experience managing an architectural firm and working with a development company provided valuable insight into residential design, large-scale development projects, and investment opportunities throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Jenifer Suarez serves as chairperson for the Military Housing Committee for the Pensacola Association of Realtors, reflecting a continued commitment to supporting housing needs within the military community and strengthening local industry connections.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the profession for Jenifer is building lasting relationships with families across multiple generations. That commitment to people extends beyond real estate through volunteer work and support for local nonprofit organization 4EVR DEZ, which empowers teen girls through mentorship, confidence building, and community programs.

Outside of real estate, Jenifer enjoys spending time with family, supporting daughter Jordan’s many aspirations, and embracing the role of bonus mom and grandmother. Married to husband Jerry for many years, Jenifer also enjoys exploring Filipino culture and cuisine. Friends affectionately know Jenifer as the “Lumpia Lady” for bringing homemade Filipino egg rolls to gatherings and events.
